The working principle of the micro switch is: external mechanical force through the transmission element (by pins, buttons, levers and rollers etc.) will force on the action of reed, and the energy accumulated to the critical point, produce instantaneous action, make the action at the end of the reed moving contact and fixed contact quick connect or disconnect. When the force acting on the transmission element is removed, the action reed has a reverse acting force. When the reverse stroke of the drive element reaches the critical point of the reed, the reverse action is completed instantaneously. The micro switch has small contact distance, short action stroke, small power and fast on-off. The moving speed of the movable contact has nothing to do with the speed of the driving element. The micro switch is based on pin type, and can be derived from buttons, short lines, buttons, large programs, buttons, extra large programs, roller buttons, reed roller, lever roller, short arm, long arm and so on. The micro switch is used in electronic equipment and other equipment for automatic control and safety protection of frequent switching circuit. Micro switch is divided into large, medium and small, according to different needs can be divided into waterproof type (used in liquid environment) and ordinary type, switch connected two lines, for electrical appliances, machines and other power supply control.
The control of the microswitch is realized by using the throttle cam of the throttle to control the throttle opening. The micro switch is installed on the proper position of the cam of the stay cable. When the throttle cam is back, the switch arm is resisted, the electromagnetic coil power of the relay is broken off, the relay is disconnected, and the electric turbine is stopped to supply power, so that the product stops working. Similarly, when the throttle valve is opened, the throttle pull cam loosens the microswitch arm, the microswitch is closed, the relay electromagnetic coil power is supplied, the relay is closed, and the power supply is delivered to the electric turbine, and the product work is finished. Using the position of the stay cam at different engine speeds to switch off or close the microswitch, it is possible to realize the artificial control of the switching time of the electric turbocharger.
